Products and colour

We photograph fabric faithfully, but screens vary and handloom and block-printed goods carry natural variation. Slight differences in shade, slub and print registration are part of the craft, not defects.

Pricing and taxes

Retail prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. HSN codes and GST rates appear on your tax invoice. Export prices exclude duties payable at destination. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Payment

Payments are processed by our gateway over an encrypted connection and verified on our server before an order is confirmed.

Intellectual property

The Cozenta Comforts name, emblem, photography, print designs and site copy belong to Bazentica Private Limited.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to its invoice value. We are not liable for indirect loss or for delays outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Shamli, Uttar Pradesh.
