Shipping Policy

Dispatch time

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Bulk and made-to-order items carry the dispatch window stated in your quotation.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. Remote and hill pincodes may take up to 10 working days. Estimates begin from dispatch.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that a flat fee, shown at checkout, applies. Cash on delivery carries a handling fee shown at checkout. International orders are quoted before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number and courier name are emailed when your order ships, and are always available under Track your order.

Undelivered parcels

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. Parcels returned to us as undelivered are refunded less the actual two-way freight.

Damage in transit

Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the product. We replace or refund in full.
